COOLEX cools the wearer’s body by circulating cold water through the clothing. Water cooled in the chiller is put in the tubes that run throughout the clothing, which removes the heat from the wearer’s body and suppresses the rise in body temperature. The circulating water that has passed through the clothing and warmed is cooled again by the chiller, so that it can keep the wearer cool as long as the power is turned on.
COOLEX is designed be worn and cools only the worker's body, instead of cooling the entire space. So it is less susceptible to ambient temperature and is EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE for cooling.
Since COOLEX does not generate wind, it is also ideal for use in extremely hot sites that wind cannot be used, such as glass manufacturing processes and welding work. Its workability is also excellent because the fan does not expand the work clothing like air-conditioned clothings.
Excellent energy-saving performance with only 180W (COOLEX-1) power consumption per person. COOLEX achieves a high cooling effect comparable to air conditioners.
Two types of clothing are available: the sleeveless side-cooling model that has a high body-cooling effect, and the flame-retardant-material model that is ideal for sites that handle fire. Axilla-cooling pad is adopted for effective body cooling. It provides both cooling efficacy and workability.

Demonstration should be conducted in an environment of 25℃ or higher. If the temperature is lower than 25℃, the water cannot be cooled and the effect will not be felt.

Is the product compatible with overseas power source?
AC adapters of COOLEX-1 and COOLEX-Pro support from 100 V to 240 V.
Please connect the bare wire to the plug that is appropriate in the country you use the product.
How long is the connecting hose?
Standard length of the hose is 4 m. You can extend the hose up to 8 m for COOLEX-1 and 10 m for COOLEX-Pro. With multi-type, you can customize the piping design according to the circumstances of the workplace.
Is the special clothing washable?
You can wash the clothing after folding it, putting the connecting coupler inside, and putting it in the cleaning net.
Is it easy to use?
Handling does not require any complicated operations. Please check the product manual as well as video manual (DVD) packed together with the product.
Is it cool though the hose is removed?
Since water is circulated in the clothing, cooling effect cannot be maintained if the hose is removed from the clothing.
How long does it take to ship?
It depends on the stock status and the quantity of cargo ordered, but if it is in stock, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to ship after confirming the order.
