COOLEX is a system in which cold water cooled by a chiller circulates through the clothing. As a result, heat can be removed from the wearer's body and the rise in body temperature can be suppressed. The circulating water that has passed through the clothing and warmed is cooled again by the chiller, so that it can keep the wearer cool as long as the power is turned on.

COOLEX is an innerwear type that cools only the worker's body instead of cooling the entire large space, so it is less susceptible to ambient temperature and is EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE for cooling.

Since COOLEX does not generate wind, it is also ideal for use in extremely hot sites that wind cannot be used, such as glass manufacturing processes and welding work. Its workability is also excellent because the fan does not expand the work clothing like Air Conditioned Clothing.

Two types of clothing are available, a "sleeveless side cooling model" that has a high body-cooling effect, and a "flame-retardant material model" that is ideal for sites that handle fire. Their site is a spray coating booth whose temperature in the booth reaches nearly 50℃. Before implementing COOLEX, because wind affects product quality, so the air conditioner could only be used to a limited extent.One day, They found COOLEX at an exhibition and decided to adopt it. Actually, they produced their own chiller, but because of the development costs, they decided to give up using their own chillers and purchase COOLEX. The cooling effect is enough.
Welding operations

The site is a high-temperature work site because it performs repair welding work for molds. Due to the nature of the work process, the flow of the wind adversely affected the quality of the product, so it was not possible to cool the workers with the wind, and before COOLEX was adopted, it was very difficult to control the heat. Since the work site has a special structure, the hose connection method and the wear connection method have been changed to special specifications to match the situation. They plan to consider an optional arm base to further improve the hose management.

Is the product compatible with overseas power source?
AC adapters of COOLEX-1 and COOLEX-Pro support from 100 V to 240 V.
Please connect the bare wire to the plug that is appropriate in the country you use the product.
How long is the hose?
Average length of the hose is 4 m. You can extend the hose up to 8 m for COOLEX-1 and 10 m for COOLEX-Pro. With multi-type, you can customize the piping design according to the circumstances of the workplace.
Is the special clothing washable?
You can wash the clothing after folding it putting the connecting coupler inside, and putting it in the cleaning net.
Is it easy to handle?
Handling does not require any complicated operations. Please check the product manual as well as video manual (DVD) packed together with the product.
Is it cool though the hose is removed?
Since water is circulated in the clothing, cooling effect cannot be maintained if the hose is removed from the clothing.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
For COOLEX-1 and COOLEX-Pro, it takes three weeks at the earliest, because they are exported from Japan after the order is placed, though the actual delivery date depends on the inventory status.
